Shipping Policy
Delivery timelines, charges and serviceability
We aim to deliver your medicines safely and on time. This policy explains how shipping works at Drugs OK, including charges, timelines and serviceable areas.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Sat), excluding public holidays.
- Prescription orders are dispatched only after the prescription is verified by our pharmacist.
- You will receive an SMS/email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro & major cities: typically 2–4 business days.
- Other serviceable pincodes: typically 4–7 business days.
- Timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, courier delays, regional restrictions or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight.
- Free shipping applies on orders of ₹1,000 and above.
- Cash-on-Delivery (where available) may carry a small additional handling fee, shown at checkout.
4. Serviceable Areas
- Enter your 6-digit pincode on the product or checkout page to check serviceability and the estimated delivery date.
- Some pincodes may be non-serviceable due to courier or regulatory limitations. Orders to such areas will be cancelled with a full refund.
- We currently ship within India only.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment any time from My Orders in your account, or via our Track Order page using your Order ID and registered phone number.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
- If all attempts fail due to unavailability, wrong address or refusal, the parcel is returned to us and the product amount (excluding shipping) is refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and your phone is reachable.
7. Packaging
All medicines are packed in tamper-evident, discreet packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate protection. If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, do not accept it and report it to us immediately.
