Refund & Cancellation
Our refund and cancellation policy
Because pharmaceutical products are subject to strict storage, handling and regulatory requirements, our refund and return policy is more conservative than for general e-commerce. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- You can cancel an order any time before it has been packed and dispatched. Once packed, the order can no longer be cancelled.
- To cancel, log in to your account, open My Orders, click Cancel Order, or call us at +91-7007385538.
- If payment was already made online, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Order Cancellation by Drugs OK
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations. Whenever this happens, you will be notified by email/SMS and a 100% refund will be issued.
- Product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
- Required prescription is missing, unclear or appears altered.
- The shipping address is in a non-serviceable pincode.
- Suspected fraudulent or duplicate transaction.
- Pricing error or technical glitch on the website.
3. Returns — What is Eligible
Subject to applicable drug-sale laws, returns will only be accepted in these specific cases:
- Wrong product — you received an item different from what was ordered.
- Damaged or tampered packaging — visible damage at the time of delivery.
- Expired or near-expiry product — less than 3 months of shelf-life remaining at the time of delivery.
- Manufacturing defect — verified after physical inspection.
4. Returns — What is Not Eligible
For health and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- All prescription medicines (Schedule H, H1 and X) once dispensed.
- Refrigerated products (insulin, vaccines, probiotics, etc.).
- Opened, used, or partly consumed products.
- Personal-care, intimate-care or cosmetic items once the seal is broken.
- Products purchased on clearance or marked "non-returnable".
5. How to Raise a Return Request
- Email us at enquiry@drugsok.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your Order ID and a photo of the issue.
- Or call us on +91-7007385538.
- Our team will inspect the request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share a return address.
6. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund is credited to the original payment method:
- Online payments: 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: refund issued via UPI / bank transfer to your verified account within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
7. Replacements
For approved damaged or wrong-product returns, you can opt for a replacement in place of a refund (subject to stock availability). Replacement orders are dispatched as soon as the returned item is received.
8. Failed Deliveries
If three delivery attempts fail because of unavailability, wrong address or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. The product cost (excluding shipping) will be refunded once the parcel reaches our store.
