These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drugs OK website (drugsok.com) operated by M/s SAI MEDICAL STORE, Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing or placing an order on the website you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to register or place an order.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide true, accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at enquiry@drugsok.com.

3. Products & Prescriptions

• All medicines are dispensed strictly in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
• Schedule H, H1 and X drugs will only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where the prescription is incomplete, illegible or appears fraudulent.
• Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Actual packaging may vary.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via PayU (cards / netbanking / UPI / wallets).
• If a pricing error is identified after payment, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

5. Order Placement & Confirmation

Submission of an order through the cart constitutes an offer; the contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending an order-confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping charge: ₹50 per order (free over ₹1,000).
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on pincode and courier serviceability.
• Delays due to courier, weather, public holidays or incorrect address are beyond our control.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, accounts or data.
• Upload any virus, malware, or any content that infringes another party's rights.
• Resell our products or use them in any commercial setting without our written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, trademarks, text, images, layout — belongs to M/s SAI MEDICAL STORE / Drugs OK or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M/s SAI MEDICAL STORE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or any product. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date posted on this page. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
