Paracetamol 500mg is one of the most widely used over-the-counter analgesic and antipyretic medicines. Effective for relief from mild to moderate pain including headache, toothache, backache, muscular pain, cold, and fever. Available in strips of 10 tablets. Safe for adults and children above 12 years when used as directed.

Uses & Indications
Pain reliever and fever reducer. Used for headache, body ache, toothache, common cold, and post-vaccination fever.
Dosage / How to Use
Adults: 500-1000 mg every 4-6 hours as needed. Maximum 4 g (8 tablets) per 24 hours.
Side Effects
Generally safe at therapeutic doses. Rare: allergic skin rash. Overdose can cause severe liver damage.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
Warnings & Precautions
Do NOT exceed 4 g per day. Avoid alcohol. Consult doctor if pain/fever persists beyond 3 days. Liver patients: use with caution.
